Quick Start

1. Install ConfigWorkbook from AppExchange or ConfigWorkbook website
2. Open the ConfigWorkbook app from the App Launcher
3. Place a new order for a subscription
4. Start managing your configurations

Prerequisites

• Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher
• System Administrator profile or equivalent permissions
• Valid Salesforce login credentials

Installation Steps

1. Log in to your Salesforce account
2. Visit ConfigWorkbook on AppExchange
3. Click "Get It Now" button
4. Choose installation options (Production/Sandbox)
5. Grant necessary permissions
6. Complete the installation process

Steps to Place a New Order

1. Click on the App Launcher in Salesforce

2. Find and click on the ConfigWorkbook app

3. In the app, click on the "Order App" button

4. On the Order List page, look for the "+New" button on the right side

5. Click the "+New" button to initiate a new order
6. A confirmation popup will appear with the following message:
   
7. Click "OK" to proceed (or "Cancel" if you need to check your subscription status)
8. A new popup will open titled "Place New Order"
9. Choose between the "Annual Subscription Plan" or "Monthly Subscription Plan"

Required Fields

• Name (Required)
• Email (Required)
• Company Name (Required)
• Enter your organization name
• Production Org ID (Required)

Price Breakdown Section

• Shows base amount
• Online Platform Fee ($)
• Final total calculation
• Coupon code field for discounts

Use a Coupon (if you have one)

• Enter it in the "Coupon Code" box
10. Complete the order process by following the on-screen instructions

Tips

• Annual plans are cheaper in the long run
• Monthly plans let you change more easily
• All prices are in US dollars
• Your subscription info will be sent to your email
That's it! Choose a plan, fill out the form, and click pay. If you're unsure, start with a monthly plan to try it out

After successfully placing your order, the Order List will display the following details:

Activating Your Subscription

Steps to Activate

Open the ConfigWorkbook app from the App Launcher.

Click on the CWB TOOL menu.

In the CWB TOOL, you will see the following options:

• Dashboard, Reports (TRIAL), Apex Detail (TRIAL) , Tools Settings , Help , Subscription Detail

Click on Subscription Detail.

Under License (TRIAL), locate the section titled "Do you have a subscription key?"

Copy the subscription key from the Order List (e.g., online-ca506b4b2d7cxxxxxxxx).

Paste the subscription key into the Enter your subscription key box.

Click the Apply button to activate your subscription.

Check your subscription status under Subscription Detail to verify the activation period and key validity.
